I’m Sharon and I’m a retired graphic designer.
Q: How long has your smile been troubling you?
Sharon: I’ve been thinking about having a smile makeover for about 5 or 10 years. A couple of my friends sort of said how good they look now and that I was very brave because there’s no going back from it. But I didn’t think about that, I just felt very positive about the whole experience. I just wanted to get them done.
Q: Why did you decide to do something about it?
Sharon: I came into a little bit of inheritance money, so suddenly it was affordable. So yeah, it’s probably one of the things, because I’m thinking, what can I do for myself? And that was on top of the list.
Q: Why did you choose Dental House Group?
Sharon: I chose Dental House Group because I know Fong is very professional and I trusted him to do this work for me. It was very important with spending a lot of money and going through the process, it’s a fairly aggressive process. To have somebody who’s gentle and that cares is a very important, and I felt that Fong was, it’s got to be him.
Q: Tell me about the process
Sharon: I was very naive about the process to begin with. The more I looked on the internet, the more confused I got. So I decided not to think about it too much, and again I just trusted my dentist at Dental House Group to do the right thing for me, and they have.
Q: What did you think of the result?
Sharon: The results are just, wow. I think it’s taken years off me. I’m getting heaps of compliments everywhere. Everybody that I see is sort of wanting me to smile for them, and “Can I see? Where did you go? I’d like to get mine done.” Yeah, very positive results.
Q: What would you say to other people considering getting their smile makeover done with Dental House Group?
Sharon: Well, it’s a case by case scenario, but if they’re in a position like me and thought their smile was holding them back or spoiling their looks, I would definitely encourage them to go for it, because I’m certainly very glad that I came to Dental Health Group and had my teeth done, and it’s given me a new lease of life. I’m just very grateful for the care I’ve had here and I’ve been treated really well.
My dentist Fong has even texted me days after the procedure, even the day after, and that the receptionist has called me to sort of check on me, “How are you doing? Are you in any pain? Are you okay?” And I’ve never known a dentist anywhere in the past that’s ever done that. So they go away and beyond call really. They’re very caring and they don’t just take your money, do the work and send your way, they actually think about you afterwards and they care about how you’re feeling.
